The Orkney Movie Group were asked to make a short film of Orkney's Boxing Day Dip which took place at Scapa Beach in Kirkwall. This was the second year of the event in which dozens of folk run into the freezing cold sea at Scapa in order to raise money for charity. The event was organised by Clic Sargent who's primary concern is raising money for children with cancer.

The 12 minute film was shot by Ruth Spence, Shona Firth & Paul Kenyon. Copies of this film can be supplied from OMG members or email for details. Cost £10, £5 of which will be dontated to Click Sargent.
